About Us
End Energy Poverty CIC was created by the coming together of BACB Renewables Ltd and CERT CIC directors. Our combined expertise in renewable energy, social enterprise, and public sector innovation allows us to tackle the pressing issue of energy poverty effectively.
We aim to reduce energy costs, improve the quality of living, and reduce carbon footprints for community organisations, third-sector businesses, and vulnerable individuals, all of which contribute to the abolition of energy poverty. Our mission is to empower communities with access to affordable, sustainable energy while ensuring energy equity for all.

ACTION OVER TALK
IMPACT OVER INTENT

End Energy Poverty CIC is uniquely positioned to address energy poverty by combining deep technical expertise with a robust understanding of social impact. Through the collective strength of BACB Renewables, CERT CIC, and strategic guidance from Lisa Hilder MBE, we will lead the transition to a low-carbon economy. Our collaboration with charitable organisations further ensures that the benefits of the energy transition reach even the most vulnerable communities.

We provide management services to charitable organisations to ensure you get the best energy prices. We also provide Estates energy compliance and improvement management services including EPC, energy benchmarking and other strategic metric, including writing energy strategies.

Solar Photovoltaic (PV)
We will fund and manage solar PV to provide low-cost access to clean, renewable energy for vulnerable homes, charities, and community buildings, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and volatile energy costs.

Fabric Improvements Installations
To enhance energy efficiency and deliver long-term savings, we’ll consider a variety of insulation options, including External Wall Insulation (EWI), Cavity Wall Insulation (CWI), and Internal Wall Insulation (IWI).

Low Carbon Heating Systems
Where appropriate, we’ll fund and manage low-carbon heating implementations, providing access to low-carbon heating solutions.
